How much does it cost to ship an order?

Where is my order confirmation email?

Typically, you will receive an email within an hour of placing your order.

In some cases, an order confirmation email may take up to 24 hours, as orders are tested for possible fraud and buyers' identities may be verified after the order is placed.

Where do you ship?

We ship to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany and many other European countries.

We accept payment from international billing addresses.

Please note that you cannot have your item delivered to a P.O. Box as someone at the delivery address must sign for the order.

When will I be charged for my order?

You will be charged when your order is shipped.

How do I cancel my order?

An order cannot be cancelled after it has been placed. Please contact us with any questions regarding your order.

What happens if I order an item that is out of stock?

If an item you ordered is backordered, you will receive an email with details of the item concerned. You will not be charged for the item. We invite you to sign up for the "Be Notified" section regarding your item, as we accept returns and our inventory may change regularly.

How does a "pre-order" work?

When a product is listed as "pre-order", the product is not yet in stock, but is available for purchase.

You will not be charged until the item is shipped. We will provide you with an approximate shipping date for your items at the time of purchase.

Please note that "pre-order" dates are approximate and subject to change. We will contact you if the shipping date changes.

What is your return policy?

We invite you to try on your items in the comfort of your home. You will have 30 days from the date of purchase to make a return if you are not satisfied with your purchases.
